We generally dispatch orders out the same day for Next Day delivery; out of stock items may be delayed, but we will always try to notify our customers. Our Office/Showroom hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.10.00am to 4.00pm Saturday (SHOWROOM ONLY).Closed Sunday.We invite after-hours orders to be left on our answering machine. These orders will be processed promptly the following morning. We offer a FREE Home Delivery Service in the Melbourne Metropolitan Area *(Conditions Apply) and we also deliver to regional Victoria and other states. (Delivery Charges do apply). *To receive Free Delivery in the Melbourne Metropolitan Area, you need to purchase Two (2) BULK Bags/Boxes or more of Nappies. OR If purchasing one BULK bag/box of nappies your order must be over $130.00 to receive Free Delivery. Please Note: Free Delivery may not be offered on SECONDS nappies or nappies on SALE, please check with our staff if you are unsure. Please Note: Melbourne Metro Area is determined by the Courier Service we use. If you are not sure if you fall within the Melbourne Metro Area please feel free to contact us and we can check on this for you. DELIVERY TIMES Deliveries are made between 9.00 am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday only (Not on Weekends). We generally dispatch orders out the same day for Next Day delivery; out of stock items may be delayed, but we will always try to notify our customers. Please note COD may be available in your area but if payment is not received on delivery, the driver is not obliged to leave any goods. If re-delivery is required a surcharge of $10.00 will be applied. Charges apply for exchanging bags due to wrong choice of nappies.
Delivery Options "Authorised to Leave Option" The Customer authorizes the Supplier to deliver goods to the place nominated by the Customer (“Ship To:”) and leave the goods at the Ship To Address whether or not any person is present to accept delivery. The Supplier shall not be liable on any basis whatsoever for any loss or damage to the goods occurried during or after delivery to the Place of Delivery. "Must Obtain Signature Option" The Customer authorizes the Supplier to deliver goods to the place nominated by the Customer (“Ship To:”) and requests that the goods be signed for at the Ship To Address. If the nominated place of delivery is unattended at the time delivery is attempted or if delivery cannot otherwise be effected the Carrier may, without being obliged to do so, store the Goods at the risk and expense of the Customer so that: (a) the Carrier may attempt one more re-delivery of the Goods to the Consignee from the place of storage; or (b) request that the Consignee attend the Carrier’s premises to collect the Goods during normal business hours. If neither re-delivery nor pick up by the Consignee can be effected within 7 days, the Carrier may return the Goods to the Supplier The Supplier shall not be liable on any basis whatsoever for any loss or damage to the goods occurried during or after delivery to the Place of Delivery.
